About the Role

You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.

Responsibilities may include

- Supporting daily living and household activities
- Community access and participation
- Supporting independence and skill development
- Providing appropriate prompting, encouragement and redirection
- Following individualised support plans and participant preferences
- Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Completing high-quality progress notes following each shift




- Communicating effectively with the participant’s support team
- Working in accordance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies

About You

We are looking for Support Workers who are:
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Compassionate, patient and respectful
- Confident communicating with participants, families and team members
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
- Committed to person-centred support
- Open to feedback, learning and professional development
- Passionate about making a genuine difference

Experience supporting people with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- Australian working rights
- Reliable transport and driver's licence where required
- Relevant industry experience is highly regarded
