Support Worker – High Intensity Supports

Not every support role is the same.

Some feel rushed. Some feel impersonal. Some expect you to just “get through the shift.”

This isn’t one of those.

We are a small, hands-on NDIS provider building a team where people actually know each other - where you’re supported properly, matched thoughtfully with participants, and given the time and training to do the job well.

The Role

You’ll be supporting participants who have complex and high intensity needs. The work is meaningful, sometimes challenging, and requires attention to detail—but you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be part of a consistent team, with clear guidance, structured care plans, and ongoing support behind you.

- Providing high intensity, person-centred supports
- Supporting daily living, personal care, and mobility

- Following detailed clinical plans
- Keeping clear, accurate records
- Working within a small, consistent team around each participant

- Have access to reliable transport, compulsory third party insurance, to utilise and attend shifts/locations and support participants in the community
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and client dignity in every task

- Availability for sleepover shifts
- Have availability for weekend shifts

What You’ll Notice Working With Us
- Management is accessible and involved
