Gem Complete Health Services is a registered NDIS provider, offering accredited community care and disability support services. We are seeking casual support workers to join our dedicated and skilled team. The shift times are below:

- 6:45am-8:45am, Monday - Friday
- 4pm-6:30pm, Monday - Friday
- 3pm-5pm, Monday - Friday
- 4pm-6pm, Tuesdays
- 3:30pm-6:30pm, Tuesdays
- 9:30am-1:30pm, Saturdays

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- an understanding of a range of disabilities.
- an NDIS Worker's Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain.
- a current first aid certificate, including CPR, or a willingness to obtain.




- a valid driver's license.

DSW Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Personal care tasks & Domestic assistance
- Behaviour & Social support
- Documentation
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance
