Serenity 360 Services is seeking a reliable and professional Male Disability Support Worker to support a male participant in Geraldton with community access, social engagement, and person‑centred support. We are looking for someone confident working with mental health needs and challenging behaviours, while promoting safe and meaningful participation in the community.

About the Role

This is a casual AM community access position supporting a participant to engage safely in the Geraldton community.

You will assist with structured outings, recreational activities, appointments, social participation, and confidence‑building in community environments.

- Experience in mental health support is required
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours is essential

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person‑centred community access support
- Assist the participant during outings, activities, and appointments
- Use protected, supportive strategies when responding to challenging behaviours
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and wellbeing




- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NDIS standards

Essential Requirements

- Male‑only (participant preference under Section 30 of the Equal Opportunity Act)
- Experience supporting clients with mental health needs
- Experience working with challenging behaviours
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Medication Competency
- Manual Handling
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
