A Day In The Life

n

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, negotiating market-leading travel offers and ensuring a consistent pipeline of products that support our sales and growth objectives.

- Manage the contracting process year-round across your assigned destinations and product portfolio
n
- Negotiate competitive rates, inclusions and offers with key travel, tourism and accommodation partners
n
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success
n
- Identify recent product opportunities and work with partners to create compelling holiday packages
n
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of offers to support promotional activity across our distribution channels
n
- Collaborate with airline partners (if applicable) to secure tactical airfare opportunities that enhance the customer offering
n
- Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Air, Finance and Operations teams to bring offers to market successfully
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and destination performance to identify opportunities for growth
n




- Ensure contracts, rates and product information are accurate and maintained within agreed timelines
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative, high-performing Product team
n

Who You Are

n

You're a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on negotiation, collaboration and delivering great outcomes for customers, suppliers and the business.

- Experience in travel product, contracting, tourism, hospitality or a similarly commercial environment will be highly regarded
n
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing supplier relationships at all levels
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both customers and partners
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
n
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
