What you’ll be doing:
Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure protected, cost-effective repairs
Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality
Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity
Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners
Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience
Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving
What you bring to the Team:
Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge
Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating
A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
Tech-savvy with confidence using computers
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Valid driver’s license
