About the Role

n

Habitat Creations is looking for an experiencedenvironmental leader to manage ourEnvironmentDivision. Reporting to theManager– Field Operations, you'll take ownership of the division's day-to-day operations, safety and commercial performance - but above all, you'll lead people. You'll manage multiple Leading Hands and their crews, set the standard for workplace culture and safety, develop the capability of your team, and secure a consistent pipeline ofenvironmental contracts and projects. It's a hands-on senior role for someone who takes genuine pride in building great teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, communities, and theenvironment.

- Lead, develop and grow theEnvironmentfield teams, including Senior Leading Hands and Leading Hands

- Oversee division operations, safety, resourcing, budgets and project delivery

- Drive business development and secure a pipeline ofenvironmental contracts and projects

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in theenvironmental (or similar) industry
n
- Proven experience leading, developing and managing field-based teams
n
- Senior management experience across planning, budgets, sales and workforce planning
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and sound business acumen
n
- Construction White Card, First Aid Level II, and a current driver's licence
n
