UGL CPB Humelink West seeks an experienced IR Advisor to join the HumeLink West team on a large NSW project. The role is in office with DIDO/FIFO or relocation allowances as needed.

You will implement IR strategies, advise on industrial relations issues, and support on-site management and unions to achieve productive outcomes. The successful candidate will hold a White Card, complete medicals, and bring 3–5 years of IR experience across multi-site environments within the industrial or resources
