Cafe Manager & Assistant Manager Roles, Adelaide

Cafe Store Manager & Assistant Manager required for SA store locations.
n 5-day Monday - Friday rosters, day-time trading.

n

Applicants must have extensive food and coffee knowledge.

n

Minimum 5 years' experience and proven success in similar type operation is essential.

n

Hands-on operatorsaresought to manage the day to day running of individualstores and be leaders to develop successful teams and maintain a high levels of organisational efficiencies.

n

Applicants must be driven and passionate about supplying a excellent customer experience every time. You must have excellent communication skills, possess the ability to create a solid team and be able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

- Manage day-to-day operations,



including inventory, sales and rosters.
n
- Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
n
- Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and targets.
