McNaughts Transport is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to lead the administration function for the General Freight division. This full-time, onsite role is based in Acacia Ridge (QLD) with preference indicated for location when applying.

You will oversee invoicing, records, and coordination of consignments, supporting the Operations Manager and leadership team while ensuring timely reports to Corporate Services. Robust MS Office and Xero skills are essential.
