Cranfield Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead on the floor in a 32-bed residential aged care facility. You will focus on resident safety, wellbeing, and personalised care, ensuring residents are informed about the care decisions they make.

Your day-to-day includes creating and adjusting care plans, building rapport with residents, and supervising a team of RNs, ENs, and PCWs. You will participate in clinical meetings and maintain exact medication documentation.
