Role: Brand Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Macquaire Park

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue and business objectives.
n
- Lead portfolio forecasting, budget management, and tactical planning to maximise ROI.
n
- Analyse market, customer, and competitive insights to inform portfolio strategy.
n
- Partner with external agencies to deliver promotional campaigns, events, and conferences.
n
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
n
- Support product launches and ongoing brand growth initiatives.
n
- Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Biological/Medical Sciences or equivalent experience.
n
- 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
n
- Proven success managing innovative medicine brands, with Oncology experience highly regarded.
n
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen.
n
- Experience with brand planning, forecasting, and budget management.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
n




- Ability to navigate complex organisations and work collaboratively across multiple functions.
n
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong "can-do" attitude.
n
