About the Role

n

We are looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner (FP&A;) to join our ANZ team. You will be the trusted finance partner to our sales, marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams — turning numbers into decisions and driving profitable growth across Australia and Current Zealand.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the trusted finance business partner to ANZ commercial teams (sales, marketing, retail, e-commerce)
n
- Own the ANZ P&L; — lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all channels and categories
n
- Drive financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) — revenue, margin, opex, and working capital management
n
- Build business cases and financial models to support new product launches, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and channel expansion
n
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margin management, trade spend, and ROI analysis
n
- Monitor channel performance, customer profitability, and inventory financials; flag risks and recommend actions
n




- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and business reviews for HQ and regional leadership
n
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
n
- Collaborate with Shenzhen HQ finance, supply chain, and cross-border teams to align on financial processes and reporting
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
n
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A;, finance business partnering, or commercial finance
n
- Professional qualification preferred — CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills
n
- Consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry background is a strong plus
n
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards (AASB), tax, and compliance
n
- Excellent data analysis and Excel/financial systems capability
n
- Chinese + English bilingual proficiency required (for HQ coordination)
n
- Valid full-time work authorization in Australia
n
