The Opportunity

n

The Manager Product Delivery leads the core product design, delivery, and continuous improvement function within the Platforms & Products team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise digital solutions, including low-code/no-code platforms, business applications, and custom-built products that support operational and strategic outcomes across MinRes.

Working within a scaled agile delivery model, the role draws on capability AI, Cloud, and Data, Integration & Analytics teams to design, build, and continuously improve scalable, user-focused digital products aligned to Tech Services strategy and COO priorities. It also drives strong product-led ways of working, disciplined planning, and a culture of continuous improvement to deliver business value at pace.

- Set product direction and priorities in line with Tech Services strategy and COO goals.
n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, from discovery through to BAU transition.
n
- Oversee governance, performance, reliability, security, and compliance across the portfolio.
n
- Drive continuous improvement, including the use of AI, automation, and analytics.
n
- Lead, mentor,



and develop your own high-performing team of analysts, engineers, agile and change practitioners.
n
- Work closely with Tech Services and COO stakeholders, platform leadership, and vendors to keep delivery aligned to business needs.
n
- Build strong relationships and provide strategic advice on product and platform decisions.
n
- Support change and adoption of new products and digital ways of working.
n
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on wellbeing, growth, and innovation.

Your Experience And Skills

n

n
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
n
- Agile product delivery experience or certifications such as SAFe or Scrum.
n
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, and with Spatial platforms (i.e. ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise) is desirable.
n
- 10+ years' experience leading product delivery, or digital technology portfolios.
n
- Solid experience delivering in scaled agile environments, including PI planning, backlog management, and sprint delivery.
n
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across development, data, AI, and cloud.
n
- Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of enterprise platforms and business applications.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate technical concepts into business value.
n
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and licensing across digital products and platforms.
