Western Sydney University Whitlam Institute seeks a proactive coordinator to support projects, events, and communications across marketing, engagement, and exhibitions. You will work flexibly to cover operations, content production, and stakeholder engagement.
You will help plan promotional activities, manage invitation lists, create promotional materials, and communicate across online, print, media and face-to-face channels. You’ll also assist with CRM, website operations, and record keeping.
