Job Description

South32 is seeking a qualified Light Vehicle Fitter/Mechanic for the Cannington operation in northwest Queensland. This permanent role follows a 7/7 dayshift/nightshift roster with FIFO options from Townsville, Brisbane, Cairns and DIDO from Mount Isa.

You will maintain the light vehicle fleet and mobile mining equipment, adhere to safety practices, and work under the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance to sustain high performance in a surface mining setting.
