Job Description

Talent in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People & Culture leader to head a payroll, employee services and experience team (6 direct reports). This VPS 6 contract runs through to December 2026 and requires navigating a complex, highly regulated setting while delivering accurate payroll and compliant employment practices.

You will lead payroll operations, manage employee systems and HR applications, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements across people services.
