About the role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own a portfolio of established Queensland accounts, based at our Upper Coomera head office and reporting to the QLD Branch Manager. You'll be your clients' primary point of contact for everything except booking and scheduling — the person who knows their sites, their history, and what a compliant, fit-for-purpose scope of works actually looks like. This is a relationship-first role with a strong technical backbone: you're not just managing accounts, you're the scaffold expert who keeps jobs accurate and turnbacks off the table.

What you'll do

n

Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of Queensland accounts across height safety, scaffolding, and associated services

n

Act as the technical scaffold expert on every account — reviewing scope of works and eliminating scope- and design-related turnbacks before they reach the field

n

Deliver against monthly quality and safety audit targets across your portfolio

n

Build trust across every level of the client business, from site supervisors to project directors

n





Grow accounts from within through cross-sell, upsell, and referral-driven recent business

n

Keep client and account records accurate in the CRM, and report on account health week to week

n

About you

n

3+ years in account management, client relationship, or B2B customer success — ideally in construction, trade services, or scaffolding

n

Strong, credible scaffold technical knowledge — you're the person others turn to on scope and design questions

n

A track record managing a portfolio of commercial accounts and holding client trust under pressure

n

Comfortable reviewing a scope of works and catching what others miss

n

A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across South East Queensland

n
