We are seeking a motivated and capable Service Manager to lead and support our small electrical service team. This hands-on leadership role suits an experienced electrical professional who enjoys coordinating people and jobs, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.

About the role

n

You will take ownership of day-to-day service operations, helping the team work safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The role covers commercial and industrial electrical service, solar PV, air conditioning, and select residential service jobs.

- Lead, support and coordinate a small team of service technicians
n
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, safety, quality and client communication
n
- Coordinate quoted works, service jobs and insurance works from allocation through to completion
n
- Monitor job progress, resolve issues and keep customers informed
n
- Help drive team performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
n




- Maintain accurate job information using computer-based job management systems
n
- Grow the service team, both vehicles on the road and a strong office base
n

About you

You bring strong electrical service experience, confidence leading a small team, and a calm, organised communication style. You are practical, self-starting and solution-focused, with the judgement to use initiative and keep work moving.

- Strong experience in electrical service and maintenance environments
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate and support technicians
n
- Clear, professional communication with clients, technicians and managers
n
- Sound organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence using computers and job management systems
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service

A competitive package will be tailored to the successful candidate and includes:

- Negotiable base salary plus Superannuation
n
- Base salary range is between $140k - $165k based on experience
