Positive Futures Queensland is seeking a Services Manager to lead disability support operations, supervise Team Leaders, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with participant goals. The role involves overseeing NDIS documentation, audits, and compliance, while supporting recruitment, rostering and staff development across our sites.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director in a friendly leadership team workplace, driving continuous improvement and excellent service
