Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multi-residential developmentsacross Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a high-rise mixed-use development in the Northgate area .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain QA/QC processes, ITPs and site inspections to ensure construction standards are met.
- Monitor the construction programme and coordinate inspection schedules and site activities.
- Raise and manage RFIs, project registers and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve site and quality issues.
- Support HSEQ, safety inspections and continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements

- 3 years' experience in multi-residential or high-rise construction projects.




- Robust understanding of QA/QC, ITPs, inspections, RFIs and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with construction/project management and document control systems.
- Carpentry/building trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction, Building or a related discipline.
