Prospect Community Services is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and motivated Domestic & Family Violence Response Worker to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Providing client-centred support
- Assisting with safety planning and risk assessment
- Advocacy, referrals and practical support
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals
- Working with other services and professionals
- Maintaining confidential client records and case notes
About you
- Experience or qualifications in DFV, community services, social work or a related field
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A compassionate, non-judgemental and trauma-informed approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to client safety, dignity and empowerment
