We are seeking Drivers and Pickers (multiple position) to join our warehousing and distribution team on a full time basis.

Working onsite in Milperra, these roles are essential to our operations.

What you'll be doing - Pickers

- Picking and packing orders accurately according to warehouse management system instructions and customer requirements
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage to goods
- Maintaining accurate records of picked items
- Inspecting goods for damage or defects before dispatch and delivery
- Maintaining a clean, safe and productive warehouse workspace

What you'll be doing - Drivers

- Operating delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Conducting routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly




- Inspecting goods for damage or defects before dispatch and delivery
- Pick up customer returns when required

What we're looking for

- Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle type you will be operating
- Proven experience in warehousing, picking, packing or distribution roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift items regularly
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous but not essential
