Requirements

- RSA and RSG (Gaming) certification; TAB certification (required)
- 3–5 years’ hospitality management experience (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams
- Competent with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills including formulas




- Australian citizenship (essential)
- Reliable, organised and confident in a fast-paced venue environment

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy licensed community club
- Supervise, support and coordinate staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance and venue presentation
- Assist with rostering and operational handovers across a rotating roster
- Support gaming/TAB operations and uphold responsible service requirements
- Handle customer issues calmly and professionally and escalate where required
