About the role

Lead from the front in a senior hospitality role delivering high-quality customer service to members and visitors. Oversee gaming operations, manage floor activities, mentor on-shift staff, and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, cash management, and licensing regulations.

Key responsibilities

- Lead from the front to deliver high-quality customer service, engaging with members and ensuring every visitor has a great experience

- Mentor, support, and motivate on-shift staff to build a high-performing, upbeat, and inclusive team environment

- Oversee gaming operations, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards, cash management, and licensing regulations

- Manage floor activities, venue safety, end-of-day reporting, and shift handovers

About you

- Proven background as a Duty Manager in a club, pub, or gaming setting

- Current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification

- Relevant state gaming and RSA certifications

- Strong working knowledge of gaming regulations and floor operations

- Available for night and weekend shifts

- Positive, people-first attitude
