Exciting news! BlueFit is expanding in New South Wales, and we are thrilled to begin operations at Holsworthy Swim Centre. We are looking for energetic, community-focused Duty Managers and Pool Lifeguards to help us build an incredible team from day one! Whether you’re an experienced leisure supervisor or a strong swimmer looking to start a rewarding career keeping your local community safe, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunities

1. Duty Managers

- The Role: Take operational ownership of shifts, leading pool deck and customer service teams to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-performing venue.
- Key Focus: Incident management, shift supervision, compliance oversight, opening/closing procedures, and delivering outstanding community experiences.
- Requirements: Pool Lifeguard License, First Aid & CPR, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and proven experience leading team shifts in a leisure or facility environment.

2. Pool Lifeguards

- The Role: Maintain strict supervision over our aquatic spaces, prevent incidents, and act as a friendly, helpful presence for all patrons.
- Key Focus: Active pool monitoring, water testing, customer support, emergency response, and maintaining pristine deck safety.
- Requirements: Valid Pool Lifeguard License (or willing to obtain), First Aid & CPR,



and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
