Mandarin‑Speaking Early Childhood Educator

We’re looking for a caring, creative educator who can share the Mandarin language with our 2–5‑year‑old children through songs, stories, play, and meaningful interactions. If you love building confidence, curiosity, and cultural awareness in young learners, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Embed Mandarin language through songs, stories, group times, and daily routines
- Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, observations, and assessments
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators
- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy

About You
- ACEQA‑approved Early Childhood Educator qualification - Cert 3 (Minimum requirement)



or Diploma (can be working towards)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Ability to create joyful, language‑rich learning environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
