About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, certificate 3 trainee to join our wonderful team of educators.

Skills and experience To be successful you will

- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold an employee working with children check.
- Have a focus on supporting the safety of children within our care.
- Be willing to attend TAFE one day a fortnight.
- Have a genuine enjoyment of supporting children
- Be active and physically fit to be able perform all physical aspects of the job.
- Be able to follow directions




- Must be able to work rotating shifts within the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm
- Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community form a large part of our program
- Be friendly and a team player.

- Have great communications skills
- Have a can-do attitude
- Be 100% reliable and honest

- Have strong refreneces
