Your Responsibilities

● Planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

● Leading intentional teaching practices that support each child's individual learning and development





● Building genuine, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

● Maintaining accurate observations, documentation, and learning stories

● Working collaboratively with your room team and Educational Leader to drive continuous quality improvement

● Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating workplace that meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

● Mentoring and supporting educators within your room

● Actively contributing to our centre's culture, events, and community connections

What You'll Need

● A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)

● Current Working with Children Check (NSW)

● Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)

● Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and NQS

● A genuine passion for early childhood education and play-based learning

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to teamwork
