Key responsibilities
- Support children's learning through play and meaningful interactions
- Assist with routines: meals, rest time, nappy changing, toileting, transitions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, engaging environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to documentation (with guidance for trainees)
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About you
- Certificate III qualification or willingness to complete a traineeship
- Warm, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
