Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver individualised care to residents across our community. Reporting to the Senior Registered Nurse, you will work with Registered Nurses, Dining Service Champions and Lifestyle Officers to ensure each resident's day is protected, comfortable and meaningful.

Responsibilities include providing secure personal care aligned to care plans, assisting with mobility, hygiene, meals and social activities, and maintaining accurate care
