Varsity Bar in Perth is looking for a hands-on Venue Leader to oversee front-of-house operations at our Stirling venue. You will lead service, mentor teams, transparent tables, and jump behind the bar to demonstrate how it's done, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

You'll use your hospitality leadership and financial awareness to balance guest satisfaction with cost control, drive upselling, manage labour and contribute to growth across our 9 Perth venues.
