Besk is seeking a Duty Manager to lead our casual Front of House team at the West Leederville venue. You will oversee shift operations, mentor staff, ensure service standards and maintain safety and compliance across all areas.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy licensed venue. Weekend/evening availability is essential, with opportunities for skilled growth and team development.
