Senior Solutions Architect (MarTech)

About the Prospect
n An established global technology company is continuing to grow its Martech capability, helping enterprise organisations modernise the way they engage with customers across marketing, digital and data.

n

Working across complex transformation and implementation programs, the team brings together strategy, customer experience, data and technology to design connected Martech ecosystems rather than simply implementing individual platforms.

n

The Role

n

This is much more than a traditional Solution Architecture role.
n Sitting at the intersection ofmarketing, customer experience, data and technology, you'll work directly with clients to understand their marketing goals and translate them into scalable Martech solutions.

n

You'll lead discovery workshops, design end-to-end solutions and define how platforms across customer engagement, CRM, CDP and the wider Martech ecosystem should work together.

n

You'll also remain close to delivery, providing practical guidance around integrations, data flows, identity, platform configuration and architecture while helping technical teams successfully bring the solution to life.

n

There's plenty ofautonomy to shape the solution rather than simply follow a predefined blueprint, working directly with senior client stakeholders and technical teams to determine the best approach.

n

Genuinely flexible hybrid working, with just a handful of office visits each month and no rigid office-day policy.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Strong experience designing and deliveringenterprise Martech solutions
n




- Deep expertise acrossMarketing Automation / Customer Engagement Platforms
n
- Strong understanding ofcustomer data, data architecture and identity resolution
n
- Experience designing integrations and data flows across marketing, customer and enterprise systems
n
- Experience leadingsolution architecture or technical designacross complex implementations
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience running discovery workshops and translating business and marketing requirements into technical solutions
n
- The ability to communicate comfortably across both technical and non-technical audiences
n

It's a bonus (but not a dealbreaker) if you have experience with a mix of the following:

- Braze, particularly solution design or enterprise implementations
n
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
n
- CRM platforms
n
- Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP)
n
- Personalisation or AdTech platforms
n
- Customer journey design and lifecycle marketing
n
- Campaign orchestration
n
- Customer data models and identity strategies
n
- Pre-sales, solution shaping or proposal development
n
- Martech platform assessments and technology roadmaps
n
- Mentoring consultants or contributing to internal architecture standards and frameworks
