Job Description

Geelong Careers is seeking a proactive IME Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities for Independent Medical Examinations. You will coordinate the IME panel, recruit and onboard members, and monitor credentialing and panel records.

You will support access to IMEs across specialties, handle enquiries from agents and providers, ensure quality and compliance, and develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance and service delivery, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
