Latitude IT in Australia is seeking a Senior Tech Lead/Engineering Manager to own localisation, launch and delivery of a recent product line in the Australian market. You will build the technical direction, shape the team and roadmap from day one, while remaining 20-30% on the tools.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders across sales and other commercial functions, influencing growth beyond pure software delivery.
