Your Role

n

As a Cook, you'll support our culinary teams in preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food across our restaurants, cafes and event venues. You'll work across kitchen sections, assist with daily preparation and contribute to smooth and efficient service.

- Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.
n
- Support daily food preparation and service across a variety of kitchen sections.
n
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion and quality expectations.
n
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
n




- Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste management.
n
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods.
n

What We're Looking For

n

You're a passionate and dependable Cook who takes pride in producing quality food. You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work well as part of a team and are eager to continue developing your skills.

n

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

n

n
- Previous experience working as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen.
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
n
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
n
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
n
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.
n
- Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
n
