We're looking for an energetic, experienced Food & Beverage professional to join our team at one of Adelaide's iconic hospitality venues.

n

This is a high-volume, fast-paced venue where no two days are the same. We're all about great food, cold Coopers beers, live sport, gaming and, most importantly, creating a fun atmosphere for our customers and our team.

About the Role

n

As a Duty Manager, you'll play an key role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring our customers receive a great experience while maintaining high standards across service, staff and compliance.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supervising daily food and beverage operations
n
- Leading and supporting the team during busy service periods
n
- Opening and closing the venue, including completing all required opening and closing procedures
n
- Cash handling, cash-ups, banking and reconciliation
n
- Managing gaming operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
n
- Monitoring responsible service practices and venue complianceEnsuring RSA and responsible gaming requirements are followed
n
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
n
- Supporting staff with training, direction and performance
n
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and general venue operations
n
- Monitoring service standards across busy food, beverage and gaming periods
n
- Working closely with the management team to ensure the venue runs efficiently
n
- Taking responsibility for the venue when acting as the manager on duty
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has solid Food & Beverage experience and a genuine passion for hospitality
n
- Enjoys working in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced environment
n
- Has previous supervisory or duty management experience
n
- Is confident with cash handling and venue opening/closing procedures
n
- Has experience with gaming operations
n
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Can lead and motivate a team during busy services
n
- Has a strong knowledge and passion for Coopers beers
n
- Loves live sport and understands the atmosphere and energy it brings to a venue
n
- Holds a current RSA
n
- Holds relevant gaming qualifications, including RSG, or is willing to obtain them
n
- Is reliable, professional and able to make decisions under pressure
n
- Is available to work across 7 days, including nights and weekends
n
