HammondCare Horsley is seeking a dedicated Workplace Coach to join our People and Learning Team on a permanent part time basis (22.8 hours, 3 days per week). Based in Horsley, you will collaborate with Residential and Learning teams to coach and mentor carers, promote HammondCare principles of care, and empower staff to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care.
