? We’re Hiring: Electrical Engineer

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about electrical systems, engineering design, testing, maintenance, automation, and delivering safe, efficient, and reliable engineering solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical calculations, load assessments, system analysis, and equipment selection.
- Assist with electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure electrical systems meet required performance and safety standards.
- Support engineering projects from planning and design through implementation and completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, engineers, and project teams.
- Review technical specifications, equipment documentation, quotations, and engineering proposals.
- Support preventive maintenance programs and electrical system reliability initiatives.
- Monitor project schedules, technical deliverables, materials, and engineering requirements.
- Maintain accurate engineering records, test reports, inspection documents, and maintenance documentation.
- Assist with energy efficiency, electrical system optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and technical requirements.
- Stay updated on electrical technologies, equipment, engineering standards, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering,



or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, construction, automation, or engineering projects is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or technical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, control systems, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, or similar engineering software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems is a plus.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and engineering compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality and safety.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional engineering certification or registration is an advantage where applicable.
