What You’ll Do:

- Assess psychological injury claims in line with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and scheme requirements.
- Make timely, fair, and evidence-based eligibility and entitlement decisions.
- Support injured workers with empathy and professionalism through respectful, trauma-informed communication.
- Gather and review medical, employment, and factual information to support sound decision-making.
- Work closely with employers, insurers, treating practitioners, legal representatives, and icare stakeholders.
- Explain complex legislative decisions clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders.
- Apply new and evolving psychological injury legislation in day-to-day claims management.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately while maintaining strong file quality and documentation standards.

- Have experience in Workers Compensation, personal injury claims, or a related customer-focused environment.
- Can communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
