About the role

This is a hands-on position requiring you to handle the flow of stock from receiving in garments, apparel and/or accessories, count where necessary, and schedule jobs into the production queue. You will work with the artwork and approvals team, and manage each job from receipt to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

- Receive stock in daily
- Count and check stock vs customer orders
- Split stock to move into either Print or Embroidery production queues
- Speak to clients regarding status updates on jobs if required
- Work with QC team to ensure highest quality standards are met
- Dispatch jobs to clients and/or blind shipping to end users
- Update production software as jobs move through the production queues

About you





- Experience in the garment decoration space (DTF/DTG/Embroidery) is highly regarded
- General experience in a similar production coordinator role is highly regarded
- Attention to small detail is essential
- Ability to stay calm under pressure of deadlines
- Ability to think with a transparent mind
