Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to build confidence, independence and workplace skills?

Workpower is seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Support Coach to join our team in Bentley.

This is a full-time, 1:1 support-focused role, providing individualised workplace support to several employees with disability. You’ll work closely with each person to help them succeed in their role, develop their skills and achieve their individual employment goals.

? About the Role;

As an Employment Support Coach, you’ll:

- Provide 1:1 support to several employees with disability throughout their working day
- Deliver individualised, practical on-the-job coaching and guidance
- Support employees to understand and complete their workplace tasks safely and confidently
- Adapt your coaching style to suit each person’s individual needs, strengths and goals
- Encourage independence, confidence and development of workplace skills
- Assist employees to overcome workplace barriers and build their capabilities
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to support positive employment outcomes
- Maintain appropriate documentation and progress notes
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace

?About You;





We’re looking for someone who:

- Is patient, adaptable and genuinely people-focused
- Enjoys working one-on-one and building positive working relationships
- Is confident supporting individuals with varying support needs
- Can adapt their communication and coaching approach to suit the individual
- Is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
- Is passionate about helping people build confidence and achieve their employment goals
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Has experience in disability, mental health, employment services or a similar support setting (highly regarded)
