We are currently seeking to appoint an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who lives in or around the Paramatta area to join our large national team of Regional Community Coordinators working in the community in this Full-time role.
The successful applicant will be part of a specialised team supporting adults with disability's living in a shared support arrangement. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the houses and this will include developing and evaluating support plans to meet the needs of the individual (Participant), liaising with other health professionals and multi-disciplinary teams in order to meet service delivery goals, also ensuring that appointments and community participation is attended. You will work closely will a Registered Nurse on a daily basis.
There is a requirement for the Regional Community Coordinator to work closely with Support Workers for each program to ensure that they have the required skill levels to support the Participants.
Critical to the success of this role is the ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with a diverse group of people with the focus on service.

About the Role
- Ongoing Full time position Monday-Friday.

Essential Requirements
- EEN – with current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work independently with effective communication, initiative, problem solving and time management skills.
- Valid NSW Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Australian Resident
- Electronic records/Computer Skills to support administrative processing requirements.
- NDIS Check
- Working with children's check (paid)
