Job Description

Smithburg in South Melbourne Market is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team day-to-day. You will oversee service, prep and drive standards in a high-volume, casual dining setting.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, taking ownership of the kitchen operations, coaching staff, and ensuring every dish meets Smithburg standards. A strong background in busy kitchens and food safety is essential.
