Head of Wholesale & Marketplace | Fashion | US Market Focus

Our client, a well-established multi-brand fashion business, is on a serious growth trajectory. Wholesale and marketplace channels are already the engine of the business, and now they're taking it global, with the US as the priority market.

We're looking for a Head of Wholesale & Marketplace who knows the US market inside out and knows how to lead a sales team to win in it.

n

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take full ownership of wholesale and marketplace strategy as the business establishes its US entity and 3PL warehousing. This isn't a maintain-and-manage role. It's a build role.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading the charge into the US and other international markets, backed by real US market knowledge
n
- Building and leading a high-performing wholesale and marketplace sales team
n




- Owning key wholesale and marketplace partner relationships end to end
n
- Selecting and planning product ranges for marketplace channels
n
- Supporting the US entity and 3PL warehousing set-up from the ground floor
n
- Driving trading performance, forecasting and margin across every account
n

What you bring:

- Deep, current knowledge of the US wholesale and marketplace landscape
n
- A track record of building and leading sales teams that deliver
n
- Experience scaling a business into the US or another international market
n
- Solid commercial instincts and negotiation skills
n
- A hands-on, get-it-done approach. This role is being built as you go
