RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our café and restaurant in Townsville. You will drive guest experience, ensure profitability and oversee front- and back-of-house teams.

You will coach supervisors and staff, manage rosters within labour budgets, monitor KPIs and uphold food safety, WHS and hospitality compliance to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
