Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Bundaberg to assist people in SIL homes, promoting independence and daily living skills. You will engage in personal care, housekeeping, meal planning and community outings, with mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts, including sleepovers.

The role requires empathy and versatile availability; a Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team.
