Fetch is seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to own strategy, system and team. This senior player-coach role covers acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, referrals, partnerships, website, and recent channels.
Based in Sydney with hybrid work (3–4 days in office), you’ll build a growth engine, scale paid channels, and create an AI-native testing system. You’ll report to a co‑founder and lead a small growth team.
