Optus is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Personalisation Delivery to lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of the personalisation roadmap. You will coordinate business, data and technology teams to drive delivery across customer data, decisioning, marketing automation and channel experiences.

You will drive governance, prioritisation and visibility of progress, while managing dependencies, risks and trade-offs to maximise value for customers and the business.
